Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions do apply.
Maximum of 2 pets per home.
The maximum pet limit is 65 lbs.
$250.00 pet fee per pet, and $250.00 refundable, per pet at move in, is required.
$40.00 per month per pet rent will be charged.
